Hello EDI helpers!

My company is looking for a solution to PDF PO acknowledgemants and invoices that we are having to manually key into SAP. I have used ChimpKey at a company that I previously worked at and thought this might be able to help us automate our systems.

My previous company was using ChimpKey for posting PDF sales orders to Quickbooks. But my new company is using SAP.

Questions:
Does ChimpKey work with SAP?
Will ChimpKey process PDF PO ACKs?

I was not involved in implementing ChimpKey, I only got invovled after it was working, so i'm not clear on exactly how that worked.

Yup ChimpKey works with SAP.

SAP accepts a few different formats depending on your exact situation.

Are you part of SAP Ariba?

Either way, you need to find out what format you need. With that, you provide samples to ChimpKey and they will create maps so that you can convert your PDFs into that EDI format.

As for PDF ACKs, I'd need to know more about that. The ACK is just a specific EDI format/layout, so yes, creating an ACK would be possible.

The rest of the implementation would be just back office stuff.
