Re: How to process a lot of PDF bills to my accounting system?
Gotcha, if your client is cranking through 500 bills a month, that £35 cap for 125 invoices does sound steep. You might wanna look into a solution that can handle that volume more cost-effectively. How to process a lot of PDF bills to my accounting system?
I am an IT consultant and my client has asked me to look for a solution for posting bills. The do a lot of processing bills every day so at your limit of 125 invoices for 35 it is very expensive. I reckon they will do 500 a month.

Re: Enter pdf invoices into QBO?
You can automate the entry of PDF invoices into QuickBooks Online by using a tool that converts PDFs to a compatible format. Re: My Supplier wants go go EDI, what do i do?
Totally get the EDI and XML mix-up. EDI's just a way to send data like orders electronically, and XML is one kind of EDI format. For your PDFs, you can use ChimpKey to convert them to XML, no need to be an IT pro. It's like a translator for your documents. Another option is Able2Extract, good for va...

Re: PDF PO acknowledgements
Yup ChimpKey works with SAP. SAP accepts a few different formats depending on your exact situation. Are you part of SAP Ariba? Either way, you need to find out what format you need. With that, you provide samples to ChimpKey and they will create maps so that you can convert your PDFs into that EDI f...
