Gotcha, if your client is cranking through 500 bills a month, that £35 cap for 125 invoices does sound steep. You might wanna look into a solution that can handle that volume more cost-effectively. There are platforms out there that offer bulk processing or tiered pricing, which could seriously cut down the costs per invoice. Might be worth checking out some options that scale with the volume so it gets cheaper the more you do.

I am an IT consultant and my client has asked me to look for a solution for posting bills. The do a lot of processing bills every day so at your limit of 125 invoices for 35 it is very expensive. I reckon they will do 500 a month.
