Fareed,

Thats a pretty straight forward use case for a PDF to XML or PDF to EDI converter.

I recommend ChimpKey because its super easy to implement, and they take care of all the setup details.

You would just set a forward on your email to send a copy of the PDF to ChimpKey and then you'd get a XML file back on your SFTP that can be ingested into MS BC.

Hope that helps.

Keith.

EDI for Microsoft Business Central?

by fareedj13 » Fri Jan 12, 2024 12:02 pm

Hi All,

Looking for a PDF to EDI conversion tool that integrates with Microsoft BC for a few of our customers who do not have EDI functionality.

Its just not practical for them to go EDI since they are fairly low volume, and its a big ask. So we are hoping we can just convert them to Microsoft BC format and then just import them.

Hoping there is something out there that can do this.

TIA
Fareed -/
